About the Role (REMOTE) Join our international Customer Service team in Braga, where youll support French-speaking customers with care and professionalism. This position offers a permanent contract, a friendly work environment, and the opportunity to work from home after the first month of on-site training. Position: Customer Service Representative (French Speaker) Location: Braga, Portugal 1 month On-site training, then Work From Home Working Schedule: ️ Monday to Friday 07:00 19:00 (Rotational Shifts) Days Off: Saturday & Sunday Compensation: 880 per month × 14 months 140 per month × 12 months (performance/meal allowance or bonus) Contract Type: Permanent contract (includes 3-month trial period) ️ Language Requirement: Native or C2-level French required (no accent) English not required Please note: For Braga-based positions, only native-level or accent-free French speakers can be considered.
