At Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specializing in fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG, we are seeking a Retail Coordinator for one of our clients, a retail brand, to join one of their three stores located in Lisbon. The Retail Coordinator will be based full-time in the Lisbon store, while also supervising the Cascais store and a seasonal corner at El Corte Inglés Lisbon, operating from March/April to September. You will have annual revenue responsibility for the supervised stores and play a key role in driving performance, team development, and brand standards. Main Responsibilities: Full Store Manager responsibilities for the Lisbon flagship store; Supervision and operational control of the Cascais store and ECI seasonal corner; Annual revenue responsibility for supervised points of sale; Team management: recruitment, scheduling, vacations and performance follow-up; Training and development of store teams; Visual merchandising execution in line with brand guidelines; Stock management and inventory control; Ensuring operational excellence and premium customer experience across all locations. Profile: High level of English (mandatory); Proven experience managing teams in premium retail; Strong leadership, proactive mindset and very positive attitude; User-level knowledge of MS Office; Driving license and own car required.
