Job Description We are looking for a Consultant for the Power BI solution, who will also act as the guarantor of Modern BI and Data Visualization best practices. This role is key to ensuring the technical excellence and strategic evolution of our BI ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Act as the go-to expert for Power BI, ensuring adherence to best practices in data visualization and modern BI. Administer Power BI Services, including workspace organization, access rights, role and authorization management, and data encryption. Optimize performance through data compression, partitioning, and aggregation strategies. Design and maintain advanced data models and ensure alignment with broader data architecture. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective BI solutions. Drive continuous improvement through bug fixes, enhancements, and technical quality assurance. Qualifications Experience with Power BI implementation. Strong proficiency in DAX, SQL, and M (Power Query). Deep understanding of data modeling and data architecture. Experience with performance optimization techniques in Power BI. Expertise in data visualization principles and storytelling with data. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable interacting with both business and technical stakeholders. Curious, proactive, and eager to stay up to date with BI trends and technologies. Nice to Have PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification. Experience with Google BigQuery. Knowledge of Python and ETL tools. Familiarity with Oracle Database and MongoDB.
