What Youll Do Engage with French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Provide accurate information, guidance, and troubleshooting assistance. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience. Maintain high-quality standards and meet performance goals. What Were Looking For Language Skills: Native or C2 level of French + B1/B2 level of English. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A customer-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail. Comfort with remote collaboration and digital tools.
