As a B2B Digital Advertising Support Specialist, you will act as a trusted partner to advertisers, helping them troubleshoot product issues, optimize their campaign experience, and fully leverage advertising tools. Youll work at the intersection of marketing, technology, and customer success, where your impact will be visible from day one. Please note: Due to confidentiality requirements, the clients name cannot be disclosed. Key Responsibilities Take an active role from day one in identifying initiatives to improve service quality and overall advertiser experienceManage and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and advertiser inquiries across email and chat channelsOwn customer cases fully, collaborating closely with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve:Technical issuesProduct-related questionsGeneric platform inquiriesDrive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by ensuring high service quality throughout the full case journeyProvide clear, proactive updates to advertisers at every touchpointEnsure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining best-in-class productivityPartner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on:Product featuresCommon issue typesBest practices for advertising success Your Profile Were looking for candidates who combine digital marketing expertise with a strong customer-first mindset. Mandatory Requirements: Proven experience in paid campaign managementDegree in Marketing or a related fieldHands-on experience in Digital MarketingPrevious experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Tech companyStrong familiarity with social media platforms and a solid understanding of digital advertising fundamentalsExcellent customer service and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Working Schedule Initial Schedule (first phase): Monday to Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00Rotating shifts:07:00 – 16:0010:00 – 19:002 rotating days off Future Schedule (TBC by client): 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday Compensation & Benefits Salary Package: Relocation & Accommodation (for candidates relocating from outside Portugal): Health Insurance: Base Salary: €1,000.00 gross/month (paid in 14 months)Complexity Bonus: €50.00 gross/month (paid in 11 months)Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working dayRoom in a shared apartment for up to 12 monthsRent: €280/month, utilities includedCost deducted directly from payslipAvailable from Day 1 (monthly payment)Free after 6 months of contractNote: Candidates must already have or obtain NIF and NISS to enroll Why Join?
