You will be responsible to: Performs procurement and sourcing functions which may include but are not limited to short and long-term category strategy development, supplier development, commodity/services/goods procurement, outsourcing and vendor selection as well as project material sourcing/ planning. Focuses resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various processes and establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks to measure actual performance against goals regularly.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver substantial cost reductions and process enhancements.Develop and implement innovative procurement strategies to optimize supply chains.Oversee contract management and compliance to protect the company’s interests.Develop and implement a supplier diversity program to support the company’s sustainability goals.Provide strategic procurement leadership and mentorship to the procurement team. We are looking to recruit a Candidate: Master's or Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.10 years of procurement leadership experience, with a focus on cost management and strategic sourcing.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing procurement teams.Strong financial acumen and experience with contract negotiation.Proven track record of delivering measurable results and driving process excellence.
