We dare you to take mobility to Africa Who is the After Sales Director? – After Sales Business Development (service and parts) – Implementation of actions for budget compliance and improvement of operations’ profitability and productivity – Ensure the technical area and quality excellence, attention and satisfaction of customers – Manage the After Sales team, keeping the team motivated – Develop and implement the plan, training and development of teams – Ensure the relationship and procedures of brands: on time information delivery, process implementation, guarantees, training – Implement the procedures established by Salvador Caetano Africa for the overall management of the After-Sales (daily follow-up of the activity, follow-up of work in progress, activity planning, warehouse management, ordering and storage of "5S" spaces, productivity control) – Ability to adapt to new cultures and being able to work under pressure – Leadership and customer centric – Result oriented, proactive and organized Our offer: -Opportunity to grow in a multinational company -Performance bonus -Training and continuous development You must have: – Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management or similar – Experience in after-sales management of not less than 5 years in similar projects (preferred) – Proficiency in automotive engineering – Strong motivation for international career with residence in Africa – Proficiency in English (spoken and written) – MS Office and Information Systems At Salvador Caetano we help people moving
