Join a friendly team where you will support customers with their questions about products, software, and connectivity issues. You’ll be the go-to person for anything from how a product works to fixing small technical problems.Your Tasks 📞 Talk to customers via phone, email, chat, social media, or messages 💡 Answer general questions and provide tech support 🧑‍💻 Support with e-commerce, software, and device connection issues 🔄 Forward complex cases to the next level of tech support 🤝 Work with technicians to solve help tickets 🗂️ Manage your own list of support requests 🕵️ Keep clear records of all interactions and updates 📚 Give feedback on support tools and help documents 📌 Follow the brand's style and tone in all communication What We’re Looking For 🌐Proficiency in Norwegian and good level of English, both written and spoken 🎓 High school diploma (required) 🗣️ Strong communication skills 🧠 Good problem-solving abilities 💻 Comfortable with digital tools and systems 🔁 Able to work in a fast-changing environment 👍 Open to learning and feedback 🕒 Flexible availability (evenings/weekends/holidays) Nice to Have 🚀 Interest in technology 💬 Experience in customer support 🔧 Some technical know-how or curiosity 👥 Team spirit What We Offer 🚀 New and modern office. 📚 Full training to help you succeed. 🏡 Relocation support (if applicable). 🌍 We promote inter-company mobility to work at any of our sites around the world. 🏥 Private health insurance, free after six months 💶 Competitive wages (14 monthly payments per year) + bonus LocationLisbon, Portugal#jobsportugal #lisbon #customerservice #norwegian #technical
