At Jolera, we treat each MSP partner with specialized care and uniquely organize our products for your individual business needs.Qualifications:- Must be a “team player” with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work collaboratively and independently- Knowledge of backup applications (Veeam, Barracuda, Commvault, etc.)- Experience with email and spam filtering services (Mimecast, Barracuda, Proofpoint, etc.)- Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP- Switching and routing topologies (VLAN, basic routing protocol knowledge)- Firewall Technologies (Cisco, FortiGate, Palo Alto, etc.)- Administering Microsoft Windows Active Directory topologies- In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and SQL Server- In-depth working knowledge of VMware vSphere 6.0 and above- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Azure / Azure AD / Intune- Previous Experience in a fast-paced consulting, MSP environment, or System Administrator is a plus- Knowledge of troubleshooting and implementation of Site-to-Site VPN on Cisco, Palo Alto and FortiGate PlatformsNice to Have:- Experience in previously supporting managed services customers.- Experience in Linux Administration- Experience in IT Security tools such as EDR, SIEM, and Vulnerability Management platforms- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
