Senior O2C Specialist – German & English (C1) | Porto (On-site) Are you an experienced Order-to-Cash (O2C) professional ready to take on a senior role in a structured, international finance environment? Join a stable on-site team in Porto and contribute your expertise in finance operations and leadership. Position Details Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site) Start Date: ASAP Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00 Days off: Saturday & Sunday Compensation & Benefits Base salary: €1,500 gross / month (14 months) Attandance bonus: €300 / month (11 months) Welcome Bonus : €3,000 Key Responsibilities End-to-end ownership of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes Ensure accuracy in Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, and dispute management Maintain financial controls and compliance standards Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Support process improvements and operational efficiency Mentor and guide team members, supporting performance and development Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 5–7 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations Including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role Strong knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls, and compliance frameworks Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) Exposure to global environments and multi-currency operations Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills Advanced Excel skills Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities German (market language): fluent English: Advanced (C1 level) Leadership and mentoring mindset Why Apply?
