Palex Portugal, a leading company in the management and distribution of innovative hospital and research solutions, is recruiting a Field Service Engineer - IT (Systems and Softwares).Main Responsibilities:Provide technical assistance and support mainly for IT (Systems and Softwares).This includes installation, preventive maintenance, diagnosis and repair of equipment malfunctions, intervention estimates, initial operator training, and safety modifications and updates.Assistance and implementation of clinidata software (Lis software);Integration with clinical analysis equipment;Integration with hospital software;Software integrations (HL7);Database management (Oracle and Postgres);Software tester and Customer training.Implementation in international projects.Configuration and handling of specific software (Mirth, SoapUI, Sqltools, DBeaver, PgAdmin) and remote access and VPN tools.Manage workflow, customer interaction, and company requirements and procedures, providing the best customer experience and appropriate incident reporting.Requirements:Knowledge & Experience:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science and/or Health Informatics (or similar)At least 2 years' experience as a technician in a similar role;Experience in health Systems and Softwares;Build cooperative relationships and work team.Languages: Portuguese and English, Spanish will be valued.Proficient computer skills (MS Office).Skills & Capabilities:Plan, organize and establish priorities.IT and network integration projects;Teamwork and collaboration.Critical thinking.Flexibility anda adaptability to a fast-changing environment.What we offer:Integration into an expanding multinational company.Collaborative and dynamic working environment.Opportunities for skills development and ongoing training.Basic salary + Meal allowance + Variable bonus according to performance.Social benefits in force in the company: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, among others.
