Role: Process Analyst - Global IT Asset Management System Implementation Location: Hybrid, Lisbon Our primary goal is to successfully implement a global IT asset management system Required skills: Minimum experience of 6 yearsDesign and documentation of new processes and procedures.Creation of visual process diagrams using Visio.Development and implementation of KPIs.Utilization of ServiceNow, PowerBi, and Jira for process management and reporting.Comprehensive support for the Global Process Owner in process design and signoff.
