This role will be responsible for leading and managing internal strategic initiatives across the business, including business process improvement and transformation programs.Lead highly complex, multi-product deliveries with matrix management of other Project Managers within the same project or workstream.Develop and execute end-to-end delivery strategies, ensuring alignment across all project functions and stakeholders.Guide and manage complex transformation projects or workstreams within large-scale programs.Define and implement program approaches and plans, coordinating multiple projects, vendors, and delivery teams.Track KPIs, benefits, and program integration while facilitating PI (Program Increment) planning.Create or approve project initiation documentation, delivery approaches, and success criteria.Contribute to the project or program delivery strategy.Deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, and timelines while managing risks, issues, and quality standards.Implement delivery practices and methodologies; facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.Stay close to technical and functional details, ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans; facilitate senior-level discussions and governance meetings.Create and manage project budgetsProactively identify and address delivery challenges, dependencies, and change management needs.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Delivery Practice or CSG, enhancing efficiency and best practices.Mentor and collaborate with less experienced Project Managers to support skill development and project success.Is this opportunity right for you?
