Innopath Consulting Lda is seeking a Stevedore Foreman to lead stevedoring teams during vessel loading, discharge and quayside cargo handling at Afungi, Mozambique. The role requires coordinating personnel and equipment to ensure safety, efficiency and compliance with work plans and project requirements. You will supervise daily activities, conduct toolbox talks in Portuguese and English, and ensure proper cargo handling and reporting.
