The intern will gain broad exposure to strategic and operational topics within the hospitality sector, working closely with senior management on performance analysis, reporting, and research initiatives.Internship ObjectivesSupport the central operations team in operational and performance-related analysisDevelop strong analytical, reporting, and business research skillsGain exposure to hospitality operations, industry best practices, and innovation trendsContribute to cross-functional and strategic projects at group levelKey ResponsibilitiesManagement Control & ReportingCollect, structure, and analyse operational and financial dataSupport the preparation of periodic reports, dashboards, and KPIsAssist in monitoring costs, operational efficiency, and unit performanceAnalysis & ResearchConduct market, competitor, and benchmarking analysesResearch hospitality industry trends, best practices, and innovation initiativesSupport ad-hoc strategic analyses requested by the teamCross-Functional SupportAssist the central team in transversal initiatives (operations, procurement, sustainability, performance improvement projects)Support documentation, presentations, and internal communications for management purposesLocation: Fully remote or on-site in Lisbon (candidate’s choice)Duration: 6 monthsStart date: FlexibleLanguage: English
