Dutch Speaking Junior Customer Support in Lisbon

Key Responsibilities: Customer support with Dutch speaking clients.Identify and flag inappropriate or harmful content for further action.Stay up-to-date with content moderation policies and apply them consistently.Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while moderating content.Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve moderation processes.Handle sensitive content professionally while maintaining confidentiality. Requirements: Fluent Dutch speaker.Good command of English (B2 or above).Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive content.Previous experience in a contact center is an advantage, but not required (training provided).Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools.
