We are currently seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive to join a professional commercial organization focused on business client acquisition, relationship development, and revenue growth. This role is designed for individuals who already have a solid background in sales and who are looking to advance their career within a structured, performance-driven, and international business environment. As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and business development to negotiation, closing, and long-term account management. You will work with business clients across different industries, understanding their operational needs and positioning tailored solutions that support their growth and performance objectives. This position requires strong commercial awareness, confidence in professional negotiations, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with decision-makers. Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to actively drive new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and contribute to sustainable revenue development. You will act as a trusted business partner to clients, offering consultative sales support rather than transactional selling. Your work will directly impact business performance, client retention, and long-term market positioning. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, onboarding, and service delivery teams to ensure smooth client acquisition and successful partnerships. Key Responsibilities As a B2B Sales Executive, your responsibilities will cover the full sales lifecycle. You will actively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound activities, inbound lead management, and strategic networking. You will conduct structured discovery conversations with potential clients to understand their business challenges, operational goals, and growth objectives. Based on this analysis, you will present relevant solutions, clearly articulating value propositions, return on investment, and long-term partnership benefits. You will manage sales pipelines using CRM systems, ensuring accurate forecasting, documentation, and reporting. You will prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client needs. Negotiation will be a core part of your role. You will lead commercial discussions, handle objections, and close agreements in line with business guidelines. You will ensure that all contractual and onboarding processes are completed accurately and efficiently. Beyond acquisition, you will support early-stage account management to ensure smooth transitions, client satisfaction, and long-term retention. You will maintain regular contact with clients, identify expansion opportunities, and support upselling and cross-selling initiatives. You will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improvement areas. You will contribute to sales strategy discussions and continuous process optimization. You will participate in performance reviews, coaching sessions, and professional sales training programs. Meeting and exceeding revenue, activity, and quality targets will be central to your success. Required Background and Experience This role requires proven experience in sales. Candidates must demonstrate a professional background in B2B sales, business development, account management, or consultative selling environments. You should have a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing structured sales pipelines. Experience with outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and closing business clients is essential. Previous exposure to solution-based selling, SaaS, digital services, advertising solutions, financial services, or professional service environments is considered a strong advantage. You are comfortable engaging with decision-makers, presenting to stakeholders, and negotiating at different organizational levels. Experience working with CRM tools, sales methodologies, and structured performance frameworks is expected. Candidate Profile You are fluent in French and capable of conducting full sales cycles professionally in French. You demonstrate confidence, persuasion skills, and strong commercial communication abilities. You are results-driven, resilient, and motivated by achievement. You are comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives and see them as opportunities rather than pressure. You have strong business acumen and are able to quickly understand different industries, client models, and value chains. You approach sales as a consultative partnership process. You are organized and disciplined in managing pipelines, follow-ups, and documentation. You understand that consistency and structure are key to long-term sales success. You are proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently as well as within collaborative sales teams. You actively seek feedback and continuous improvement.
