Your Daily Responsibilities Implement and optimize advertising campaigns for clients across Search, Display, Mobile, and Video platforms. Build and maintain keyword packs, set bids, and suggest budgets to maximize campaign performance. Analyse campaign and account-level data to identify trends and opportunities. Create reports and actionable insights to support optimization strategies. Collaborate closely with internal marketing and account teams to ensure client success. Provide expert guidance and excellent service to clients, helping them achieve their business goals. Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance performance, and drive innovation. Requirements Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English (B2+). Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads or similar digital marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card (no visa sponsorship). Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and start as soon as possible. Passion for digital marketing, optimization, and delivering high-quality results. Benefits Competitive salary with monthly language and performance bonuses.
