Remote in PortugalDanish-Speaking Customer Support Representative About the Role We are seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international service team in Porto. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, solving problems, and providing a high-quality support experience. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support in Danish via phone, email, and chat Identify customer needs and offer accurate solutions Guide users through troubleshooting steps or product features Maintain records and follow internal procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams when needed Ensure a positive service experience and client satisfaction Requirements Native or fluent Danish (C1+) — mandatory Good level of English for internal communication Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude Ability to work on-site in Porto Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required Accepted Legal Status for On-Site Work in Portugal Candidates must hold one of the following: EU ID Residence Card Manifestação de Interesse (in process) Valid Visa (under consultation/evaluation) What We Offer Competitive salary package Paid training and continuous development International work environment Career growth opportunities Supportive and friendly team culture
