Job Offer: Dutch-Speaking Content Moderator Lisbon (Accommodation Provided) Location: Lisbon, Portugal ️ Languages Required: Fluent Dutch (spoken & written), basic English for training Position: Content Moderator Social Media Platform (TikTok) Schedule: Rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday) Salary: 1,100/month Bonuses: Monthly performance bonus ️ Perks: Meal vouchers included Accommodation: Provided by the company About the Role Are you passionate about online content and social media trends? Join our content moderation team in Lisbon and help keep the internet a safer space As a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator for TikTok, youll review videos, comments, and accounts to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Your Responsibilities Review and moderate content (videos, comments, profiles) in Dutch Identify and remove content that violates platform guidelines Handle reports from users in a timely and objective manner Escalate complex issues according to internal procedures Stay updated with moderation policies and updates from the platform Your Profile Fluent Dutch speaker (written and spoken) Basic knowledge of English for internal communication Comfortable with rotating shifts (including evenings and weekends) Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus What We Offer 1,100/month salary Monthly performance bonus ️ Meal vouchers to support your daily meals Accommodation provided by the company ️ Relocation support for moving to Lisbon International work environment with multicultural teams Full training provided no prior moderation experience needed Career development opportunities within the company Ready to moderate the trends of tomorrow?
