Job Title: Telecom Customer Support Advisor (French-speaking) Location: Porto, Portugal (on-site required) Contract Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday – Saturday | 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational schedule) Salary: +€1400 gross/month (12-month base) Job Description We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a dynamic team within a leading company in the telecommunications sector in Porto. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities Provide efficient and high-quality customer support for telecom solutions. Resolve customer inquiries accurately and with a pedagogical approach. Advise customers on available products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. Candidate Profile Fluent French (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken. English level B2 (minimum) for internal communication and tools. Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues with a customer-focused mindset. Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation. Comfortable using computer tools (full training provided). Availability to work Monday to Saturday on a rotating schedule. Valid documents to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or Portuguese Residence Permit + NIF & NISS). Benefits Competitive salary: +€1400 gross/month (12-month base). Base salary: €930 gross paid over 14 months. Guaranteed bonus for the first 3 months (€100 gross or more based on performance). Meal allowance: €9/day (net).
