Customer Service Representative (German + English) Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: On-site Contract Type: 6-month contract Starting Date: 5 February 2026 Work Schedule Monday to Friday (including Portuguese bank holidays) 08:00 – 17:00 (Portuguese time) Days off: Saturday & Sunday Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in German and English to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat Provide accurate information and effective solutions Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Follow company procedures and quality standards Requirements Fluent in German (spoken & written) Good command of English Customer-oriented mindset Ability to work on-site in Lisbon Previous customer service experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: €1,100 (paid over 14 months) Performance Bonus: N/A Complexity Bonus: €150 (paid over 12 months) Opportunity to work in an international environment Stable weekday schedule (no weekends)
