Key Responsibilities Provide professional and friendly support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and other service-related requests.Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate issues as necessary.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.Deliver exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
