Join our team in Lisbon, supporting business advertisers who use a leading global socialmedia advertising platform. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in Italian via email, chat, and phone, handling inquiries about advertising campaigns, billing, and account management. Diagnose and resolve technical and nontechnical issues quickly and effectively. Offer strategic advice for advertisers on campaign setup, optimization, and management. Clearly explain advertising policies and compliance guidelines. Accurately log all customer interactions in the internal CRM system. Stay up to date on the platforms advertising tools, products, and updates. ️ Working Schedule 5 days per week, 8hours per day. Rotational shifts, MondaySunday, 07:0022:00. Flexibility within these hours is essential. Requirements Essential: Native or nearnative Italian (C2). Good English skills (B2 minimum). Strong customerfocus and empathetic communication style. Interest in online marketing and comfort with digital tools. Eligible to work in Portugal/EU or willing to relocate. Preferred: Prior experience in customer service, call centers, tech support, or digital marketing/sales. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.
