ENGLISH We are seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an on-site team in Porto that provides support for passengers, bookings, and travel-related inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming calls, emails, and chat interactions from Danish-speaking customers. You will provide guidance regarding reservations, schedules, service policies, procedures, and travel-related assistance. You will handle questions, clarify details, document interactions, and ensure that customers feel supported throughout their experience. You will also work with internal teams to resolve more complex cases, ensuring that every customer receives accurate and timely information. This position requires patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and a highly service-oriented approach. You will receive structured training to prepare you for the tools, systems, and workflows used in daily operations. You will work closely with team leaders and quality specialists who help ensure you deliver clear and consistent information.
