In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a Lead Frontend AI Product Engineer to join the F&R Engineering department. 

What we need you to do and be

Bring your ideas. Challenge ours. Grow with us. 

Build and iterate on user-facing AI features with minimal handoffs as part of a multi-disciplinary feature team of business logic developers, data scientist and solution architectsRethink use processes for a large-scale data/ML/AI driven B2B product to leverage GenAIImplement intuitive UIs that make complex AI capabilities accessibleWork directly with users to understand needs and validate solutions quicklyDrive business impact by iterating fast with tight feedback loop 

 What you'll bring to the table

Have strong frontend development skills with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, JSON API Strong vision on how to use GenAI in B2B user interfacesDesign sensibility: you can create clean UIs without constant designer inputFocus and motivation to drive business outcomesComfortable with ambiguity and emerging technologiesComfortable with using AI in your everyday work and developing the use of AI tools as a larger organizational strategyFluent in written and spoken EnglishAs a bonus, we consider the experience of working with an international team, plus great communication and organizational skills 

What we consider as a bonus:  

Experience in GraphQL Experience with GitLab and GitLab CI Experience with unit testing and e2e testing (React Testing Library, Jest, Mocha) Experience shipping AI-powered products to real usersProven experience on how to use GenAI in B2B user interfacesInterest in full-stack: if you know Ruby, there's room to contribute across the stackCompetence in data, analytics, data science, ML
