O que esperamos de ti

  • Desenvolver e implementar soluções para medição, deteção e previsão de falhas de serviço.
  • Criar e otimizar soluções de automação para a resolução de falhas.
  • Conceber e executar simulações para validação e melhoria da resolução de falhas de serviço.
  • Promover a melhoria contínua em monitorização e automação de tarefas operacionais.
  • Integrar indicadores de serviço em sistemas tradicionais e plataformas de Analytics.
  • Acompanhar e impulsionar a evolução das plataformas de serviço, com foco na transição para o 5G (virtualização, containers, MEC, etc.).
  • Assegurar a evolução da manutenção e integração de sistemas para garantir a máxima resiliência e eficiência dos serviços.

O que procuramos

  • Formação superior em Engenharia de Sistemas, Telecomunicações, Informática ou áreas similares.
  • Experiência profissional mínima de 5 anos em funções relacionadas com Serviço de Dados.
  • Conhecimentos sólidos em Core Móvel de Dados (5G, 4G, PCRF, DPI, etc.).
  • Experiência ou forte interesse em programação (e.g., Java, Perl, Python, JavaScript).
  • Afinidade com as melhores práticas de controlo de versões, com preferência por Git e GitLab para gestão de código e CI/CD.
  • Conhecimentos de Routing e Switching.
  • Experiência com tecnologias Cloud (e.g., Containers, ou outras plataformas relevantes).
  • Compromisso com a aprendizagem contínua e desenvolvimento autónomo de novas competências.
