Team Leader
para integrar a equipa de uma agência imobiliária consolidada, que atua na zona de Oeiras e Cascais e se destaca pelo crescimento sustentado e pelos resultados de excelência no mercado local.
Estamos à procura de um profissional sénior com experiência no setor imobiliário, capaz de liderar equipas, recrutar talento e acompanhar a performance dos consultores de topo, garantindo a concretização dos objetivos estratégicos da agência. O/a candidato/a ideal deverá ter forte orientação para resultados e experiência em
gestão e desenvolvimento de equipas de consultores imobiliários
, preferencialmente com conhecimento profundo do mercado da Linha de Cascais (Oeiras, Cascais, São Domingos de Rana).
Principais Responsabilidades:
- Recrutamento e integração de consultores imobiliários;
- Acompanhamento e desenvolvimento dos consultores de maior performance;
- Definição e monitorização de objetivos individuais e de equipa;
- Otimização de processos e melhoria contínua da atividade da equipa;
- Atuação como consultor/a de gestão, potenciando a performance e resultados sustentados.
Perfil Pretendido:
- Experiência prévia comprovada em imobiliário;
- Capacidade de liderança e gestão de pessoas;
- Orientação para resultados, motivando e potenciando a equipa;
- Conhecimento profundo do mercado local (Linha de Cascais).
