RESPONSIBILITIES

As the office receptionist, you will integrate our growing internal team (approximately 15 people). You will play a key role in ensuring that all administrative office topics are taken care off and well addressed. You will support the team with managing their agendas and other administrative tasks when needed. You will also be close to the Administration of the company helping to organise the work and agenda when necessary.

Key responsibilities:


• Being the first contact with visitors at the office


• Managing the administrative tasks of the office


• Organising and updating the agenda of the Administration


• Supporting the team with administrative work


• Managing data on specific informatic tools with the support of the team


• Contacting and following up with clients and suppliers


• Communicating effectively with the internal team and external players

COMPETENCIES


• Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar functions


• Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented


• Strong language skills (Portuguese and English)


• Good communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues


• Good understanding of confidentiality topics
