What You'll do:

  • Provide technical and functional support to business teams and ongoing project teams using Microsoft Dynamics 365;
  • Ensure the correct usage, stability, performance, and continuous evolution of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem;
  • Analyze and operationalize Microsoft recommendations and best practices;
  • Actively support teams involved in Dynamics projects and initiatives;
  • Implement technical and functional improvements aligned with platform best practices;
  • Monitor system performance and contribute to platform optimization;
  • Participate in solution maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements;
  • Promote adoption of best practices and governance standards;
  • Hybrid Work Model.
  • What You Are:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience specifying, implementing, maintaining, and evolving Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions;
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (customization, configuration, and support);
  • Strong technical knowledge of .NET, including development and support of technical tools/consoles for data manipulation and correction;
  • Experience working with Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
  • Ability to continuously learn and adapt on the job;
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or equivalent proven hands-on experience;
  • Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken);
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
