We're Hiring: Financial Controller (3+ years experience | Full-time | Hybrid)

We're looking for a high-impact Financial Controller
to join our growing team.

environments (construction, project-based, industrial, or similar) and enjoy owning the full financial cycle

, this role is for you.

What you'll do

  • Drive
    budgeting & forecasting
    (revenues, costs, cash flow)
  • Lead
    cash planning
    & cash flow forecasting
  • Drive the
    full reporting cycle,
    from data collection, updates & timely KPI reporting
  • Analyse costs, revenues, margins & variances to support strategic decisions
  • Support
    new business areas
    and handle
    ad-hoc financial topics
  • Collaborate with teams across locations and support our subsidiaries (willingness to travel)

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in Financial Controlling
  • Experience in construction, project-based, industrial
    or other high-detail analytical environments
  • Bachelor's in finance, Management, Economics (or similar)
  • Fluency in English
    (German is a strong plus)
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset
  • High attention to detail, accuracy & organization
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Motivated, proactive, committed to delivering results and growing with us
