We are looking for our next
Cybersecurity Incident Response Specialist:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to identifying and designing solutions that address client challenges, through in-depth analysis of their business contexts and markets;
  • Architect, supervise, and actively participate in the implementation of technologies and platforms supporting corporate infrastructures, aligned with client needs;
  • Participate in planning and managing implementation roadmaps, ensuring systems are up-to-date, secure, and highly available, within defined timelines and budgets;
  • Support solution implementation follow-up, maintaining close contact with clients to ensure satisfaction, while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;
  • Execute activities, procedures, and work instructions in accordance with area guidelines, proactively contributing to continuous improvement;
  • Participate in client and partner interactions, ensuring effective communication and proper transfer of relevant information to the organization.

Requirements:

Proven experience in security incident analysis and development of incident response mechanisms, including:

  • Customization of Indicators of Compromise (IoCs)
  • Configuration of response playbooks
  • Definition of thresholds and automated responses
  • Strong ability to integrate with multiple security platforms, such as:
  • EDR, ASM, TIM
  • Firewalls, IPS
  • Azure security services
  • MISP
  • Experience in implementing security policies and monitoring phishing awareness campaigns;
  • Strong awareness of cybersecurity risks and threat landscapes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent;
  • Training and/or certifications in EDR/XDR, SOAR, and SIEM platforms.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Portuguese proficiency is valued.
