About The Role
We are seeking a
Danish-speaking Customer Support Representative
to join our international service team in Porto. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, solving problems, and providing a high-quality support experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Danish via phone, email, and chat
- Identify customer needs and offer accurate solutions
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps or product features
- Maintain records and follow internal procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams when needed
- Ensure a positive service experience and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Native or fluent Danish (C1+) — mandatory
- Good level of English for internal communication
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude
- Ability to work on-site in Porto
- Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
Accepted Legal Status for On-Site Work in Portugal
Candidates must hold one of the following:
- EU ID
- Residence Card
- Manifestação de Interesse (in process)
- Valid Visa (under consultation/evaluation)
