Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll manage customer inquiries across phone, chat, email, and social media, addressing account, technical, and financial concerns. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support via phone, chat, email, and social media
- Resolve issues related to account setup, verification, logins, financial queries, and technical matters
- Serve as a trusted advisor, particularly to clients in the sports sector
- Respond quickly to inquiries, feedback, and concerns
- Foster strong client relationships through clear and effective communication
- Uphold service excellence in alignment with company policies
- Propose process enhancements to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in Czech (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
