Internal Service Assistant

What is expected in the role?

Reporting directly to the Help Desk department supervisor, the main tasks will be: 

  • Prepare spare parts quotations
  • Process warranty procedures
  • Manage access to Daikin platforms
  • Administrative support to the internal technicians and engineers.

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate with a complete high school level (12º ano)
  • Basic technical knowledge of mechanics/electromechanics and/or HVAC will be a plus
  • Knowledge of English (minimum B1);
  • High level of autonomy to carry out tasks, ensuring strict follow-up of their activities.
