GuestReady is a leading short-term rental and hospitality services management company, operating in the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, Malaysia, and the UAE. Since our founding in 2016, we've aimed to revolutionize the short-term rental industry through innovative technology and a dedication to exceptional hospitality.

We're now looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Associate for our French Market with strong communication and closing skills to convert inbound owner leads into long-term GuestReady partners and help them unlock the full potential of their properties.

Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for managing qualified inbound leads from property owners interested in GuestReady's services. Acting as their first point of contact, you'll guide them from initial discovery through contract signing by providing personalized advice, building trust, and proposing tailored rental strategies.

You'll own the full sales cycle while working closely with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition and a smooth customer experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Manage qualified inbound leads from property owners interested in GuestReady's services

Act as the first point of contact, representing GuestReady with professionalism and expertise

Analyze properties and owners' objectives to propose tailored short-term rental strategies

Guide owners through the entire sales cycle, from discovery to contract signing

Provide clear, timely answers to prospects' questions and objections

Collaborate closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth handover after contract signature

Support prospects throughout the decision process, ensuring a positive and confident experience

Monitor individual performance and provide regular reporting to your manager

Continuously develop market knowledge in short-term rentals and real estate to become a trusted advisor

What You Need to Succeed

Initial experience in sales, ideally within real estate, hospitality, or a related sector

Strong closing skills and motivation to meet and exceed targets

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (strong attention to detail and spelling)

French native speaker, good command of English, both spoken and written

Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Professional, diplomatic, and customer-oriented mindset

Highly organized, rigorous, and able to manage a full sales cycle independently
