Spanish-Speaking Recruiter

Work with our dynamic Outsourcing/BPO partner in either Lisbon or Porto as a Spanish-speaking Recruiter. You will be instrumental in scouting, attracting, and onboarding top talent across diverse sectors, supporting our clients' business growth by securing the right individuals. Leverage your linguistic skills and recruitment acumen to excel in this pivotal role.
Key Responsibilities for Spanish-speaking Recruiter in Lisbon or Porto- Identify, attract, and onboard skilled candidates across various job roles, ensuring alignment with our client's objectives.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing and recruiting top talents in the BPO sector.
- Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job fairs, and digital platforms.
- Utilise advanced recruitment tools and technologies to streamline selection processes and enhance candidate experience.
- Monitor and report on recruitment activities and trends to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Fluent in Spanish, with strong English communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, preferably within the outsourcing or BPO industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and influence candidates and clients effectively.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor recruitment metrics and optimise strategies.
- High motivation and a proactive approach to finding and onboarding the best talent.
