Workster is partnering with a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology to recruit a French-speaking Junior O2C Specialist.
This role supports the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process in the medical device sector, focusing on order management, billing, collections follow-ups, and reconciliations. If you are passionate about finance operations and want to gain exposure to global O2C processes, this is a great opportunity to grow and develop professionally.
Your Role
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly via email and other inquiries.
- Generate invoices and credit notes ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Perform daily cash applications for customer payments.
- Monitor AR aging reports, follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices, and assist in resolving any billing issues.
- Resolve simple customer queries and escalate more complex cases as needed.
- Assist in reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end closing, and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer master data in the ERP system.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Fluent in French (C1) and good English skills (C1).
- At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance operations (2–5 years is a plus).
- Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables are preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) is an advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
