About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven 
Retail Manager
 to oversee the daily operations of 
three retail stores
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and leading store teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple locations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the performance of 
    three retail stores
  • Drive
    sales growth
    and achieve
    KPIs
    and revenue targets
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards across all locations
  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate store managers and teams.
  • Monitor stock levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation
  • Analyze sales reports and implement action plans to improve performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and operational costs
  • Act as a key link between head office and store teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a 
    Retail Manager
    , 
    Area Manager
    , or similar multi-store role minimum experience 5 years.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations
  • Fluent in Portugues and English (additional languages are a plus)
