As a Video Content Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online content to uphold community guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate text, images, videos, and links to ensure adherence to platform policies—without exposure to sensitive content
  • Apply moderation guidelines consistently to maintain a safe and respectful online community
  • Handle user appeals with professionalism, offering clear explanations of moderation actions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital trends to refine moderation strategies
  • Provide insights to improve moderation tools and processes for greater efficiency

Qualifications:

  • C1/C2 proficiency in German
  • B2 proficiency in English
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
