Your mission will be…
- Efficiently respond to employee inquiries and requests through AskHR.
- Maintain and regularly update internal databases with crucial employee information.
- Provide support on the applications used
- Ensure that all data is accurate, accessible, and well-organized for employee self-service.
- Support transparency and empower employees by providing up-to-date resources and information.
We are looking for someone with…
- University degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related fields;
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory;
- A good level of English will be highly valued, as it will be considered a plus for the position.
- Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook);
- Workday and SAP knowledge (strong plus);
- Team player, with a strong customer focus, results and quality orientation;
- Reliability, organization, autonomy and strong communication skills;
- Motivation and resilience;
- Flexibility, multitasking and problem solving orientation;
- Capability to work in an Agile environment.
