About Us

The Gladstone is a private wellness club in Estrela, Lisbon. We offer a slow, focused, and collaborative approach to training and wellbeing; combining personal training, Pilates, sauna, and co-working in a calm, design-led space. Everything we do is intentional and team-based. This is not a gym. It's a place people come to feel seen, supported, and challenged with care.

About the Role

We're looking for a part-time trainer to join our small, committed team. You'll work 4 days per week (including Saturdays), delivering one-on-one sessions to a broad range of members. You won't be tied to one client list, instead, you'll contribute to a shared coaching model where consistency comes from team cohesion, not personal silos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver thoughtful, personalised training sessions
  • Collaborate with other trainers to provide a seamless member experience
  • Support onboarding of new members with assessments and programme design
  • Maintain high professional standards across space, schedule, and communication

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years experience as a personal trainer or coach
  • A team mindset, you're adaptable & focused on shared standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills: attentive, clear, grounded
  • Comfort working Saturdays and fixed part-time hours
  • Bonus: experience with reformer Pilates, rehabilitation
