Location: Lisbon, Portugal – LACS Santos (On-site)

Language: German (C1/C2) + English (minimum B2)

We are looking for German-speaking Content Moderators to join an international team supporting a global Video Streaming Platform. This role focuses on ensuring platform safety and content quality according to internal guidelines.

No previous experience is required — junior profiles are welcome.

• Review, analyze, and moderate content according to platform policies

• Identify and remove content that violates guidelines

• Ensure a safe and positive user experience

• Apply content rules consistently and accurately

• Work with internal teams to improve moderation processes

• Fluent German (C1–C2)

• English B2 or higher

• With or without experience

• Strong attention to detail and good judgment

• Comfortable working on-site in Lisbon

• Annual salary: €15,260 (gross)

• Signing bonus (paid in 3 stages, gross – conditions apply)

• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00
