Join a global leader in outsourcing services Our client provides top-tier customer and financial support to global brands and is now looking for a French-speaking O2C Specialist to join their team in Porto, Portugal.

About the project

Youll work for an international leader in diabetes care technologies, focused on creating advanced insulin delivery systems that make daily life easier for patients and healthcare professionals.

Your role

As an O2C Specialist, you will manage the full order-to-cash cycle, ensuring accurate processing of customer orders, invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation. Youll be part of a dynamic and collaborative finance environment with real growth potential.

Main responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders and invoices.

  • Apply incoming payments and reconcile accounts.

  • Follow up on overdue payments and resolve billing issues.

  • Maintain accurate customer data in the ERP system.

  • Support month-end closings and audit processes.

Your profile

  • Native or fluent in French (C2) and advanced English (C1).

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Previous experience (6+ months) in O2C, Accounts Receivable, or Finance.

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
