What You'll Do

  • Respond to inquiries and service requests via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing clear, polite, and accurate information.
  • Build positive customer relationships by resolving issues quickly and ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
  • Follow established procedures while working collaboratively with the team and escalating where needed.
  • Identify recurring challenges and propose improvements that enhance our service standards and processes.
  • Stay proactive and organized when managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Who You Are

  • Native or fluent in German (C2) and comfortable communicating in English (minimum B2).
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but your enthusiasm, communication skills, and responsiveness matter most.
  • Strong verbal and written skills across different channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Tech-competent, able to learn new software quickly and troubleshoot common queries.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and team-spirited.
  • Willing to adapt in a fast-evolving support environment and thrive under pressure.
