Job Overview
The Senior Analyst will lead and oversee all aspects of financial operations across IQVIA's global footprint. This role is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IQVIA Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley regulations, and applicable local GAAP and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with established financial processes, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Oversee financial reporting, including revenue recognition, expenditure tracking, and management reporting.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the Delivery Lead (Site Suite) on short- and long-term business planning.
  • Support the DPS-D Finance Director in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities and collaborate with DPS-D management.
  • Oversee and consolidate forecasting and budget process for all DPS-D products
  • Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes for the assigned suite, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Perform monthly Labor and Employee reviews to ensure forecast accuracy and identity
  • Responsible for monthly accruals and accounts reconciliations
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in accordance with corporate schedules.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
  • Certification: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACA, ACCA, CIMA (completed or near completion) required
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Strong technical accounting knowledge.

  • Proficiency in Hyperion (mandatory) , SAP, PeopleSoft, and other CRM/reporting systems.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

  • Competencies:

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

  • Ability to identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams and leadership levels
