Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a
Senior Release Manager
to work in this project in
Porto (Hybrid)
.
What are we looking for?

  • More than 9 years of experience;
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in change and release management;
  • Several years of professional experience with ITIL (certifications would be a plus);
  • Effective knowledge of ITSM tools (JIRA / SNOW);
  • Fluent in English and French is a plus.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collecting team needs for budget preparation and seasonal revisions;
  • Controlling the quality of monthly billing and linear consumption of budgets;
  • Keeping the IT workload plan updated and participating in finance-related meetings;
  • Developing summaries and budget dashboards for business committees;
  • Participating in transformation projects related to budget management processes and tools.
