Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
Days Off: 2 Rotational Days Off per week

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dutch Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, with the option to work from our Braga office in Portugal. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers, helping them resolve inquiries and issues. The role requires working on a rotational shift schedule (Monday to Sunday, 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM), with 2 rotating days off each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer support in Dutch through phone, email, and live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries, address issues, and provide clear, accurate product information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about company products and services to provide precise assistance.
- Log customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure proper tracking and follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with your team to resolve complex problems and improve the customer experience.
- Adhere to company guidelines and standards to maintain consistent service quality.
- Keep up with product updates and customer service practices to continually enhance customer support.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday, 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM, in rotational shifts.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
