Brand and Digital Lead

Beko Europe is looking for a
Brand and Digital Lead
to spearhead our brand presence and digital initiatives in the Portuguese market.

In this key leadership role, you'll oversee a small but impactful team, driving integrated communication efforts across all brand touchpoints, from advertising and PR to digital channels and experiential activations. With full accountability for the local brand and digital agenda, you'll be responsible for shaping compelling consumer experiences that align with both regional and global strategies.

We're looking for a hands-on, strategic thinker with a proven ability to deliver high-impact campaigns, manage cross-functional teams and agency partners, and lead with energy and resilience. Scope:

  • Lead a small team of 1–2 people, covering both Brand and Digital areas
  • Ensure full ownership of brand communication, digital strategy, PR, events, and activations in the Portuguese market

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement annual brand and digital communication budget and plans in alignment with regional and global guidelines
  • Drive brand presence across all touchpoints: campaigns, media, PR, events, digital and social channels
  • Lead local digital strategy including website, social media, paid media and content optimization
  • Manage and coordinate agency partners (creative, digital, media, PR) ensuring efficiency and ROI
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales, RGM and Product teams to ensure integrated execution of campaigns and product launches
  • Supervise and develop the brand/digital team, promoting collaboration and talent growth
  • Monitor and report KPIs, recommending improvements to maximize brand impact and investment returns

Profile:

  • Dynamic, accountable and hands-on, with the ability to design and execute communication plans quickly and effectively
  • Proven track record in leading diverse initiatives such as communication campaigns, events, PR, media and digital activations
  • Academic background in Marketing or Business Administration; MBA or post graduation in Marketing will be considered an advantage
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working in fast paced environments

  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English
