Cross Border Talents is seeking enthusiastic and driven an Italian speaker/ Freelancer Remote Sourcing Recruiter to join our team as freelancer. As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for our clients across various industries. You will leverage your expertise in recruitment and your passion for helping others to match candidates with their ideal job opportunities. Unlimited roles across Europe-based clients for entry-level positions.

Responsibilities:

- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.

- Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment technologies to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications:

- Great English skills + Italian native

- Previous experience with recruitment in BPO/Multilingual in volume

- Availability to collaborate with us full time

- Money-driven oriented
